Our story

Born in the kitchen, built for the people in it

Michael and Celine, founders of The Chefs Community
Michael & Celine — founders

After years spent in Michelin-starred kitchens and managing restaurants, we saw firsthand how isolating this industry can be. Long hours, passionate teams, memorable experiences for others — and rarely the time to connect meaningfully with each other.

Michael brings more than 20 years as a Michelin-starred chef, having led kitchens and shaped restaurants at the highest level.

Celine brings deep community knowledge from working with global brands like Yelp and Canva — building spaces where professionals genuinely connect, share and grow.

Together they unite the rigour of the kitchen and the warmth of a thriving community into one ecosystem devoted to the restaurant and hospitality industry.
