Cook III at Amaya, Fairmont Grand Del Mar (San Diego) — a luxury hotel kitchen at the five-star resort in Los Peñasquitos Canyon. Foundational culinary role supporting daily restaurant operations: prep, production and basic execution of menu items; stocks, sauces and garnishes; mise en place; food safety and sanitation to Fairmont standards.
