Chef de Partie at The Inn at Little Washington, the landmark 3-Michelin-starred dining room (also Forbes 5 Stars, Green Star, AAA 5 Diamonds) in the Blue Ridge foothills since 1978. Daily mise en place and execution of cookery and plating; station responsibility across CDP1/2/3 tiers; general cleaning and sanitation to fine-dining standard. Requires fundamental skills in basic techniques and knife cuts with a sense of flavor development; 1–2 years professional experience preferably at Michelin level and a culinary degree desirable.
